Managing Director, Margaret H. (Peg) Wyant Peg Wyant
Ms. Wyant has 30 years of experience as General Manager and Marketing Executive, split between the Procter & Gamble Company and entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to founding Isabella Capital, she managed $500 million of branded business; founded Procter & Gamble’s Strategic Planning and New Ventures Group and helped lead more than $10 billion in acquisitions and divestitures for several Fortune 500 companies. A successful entrepreneur, she owns Grandin Company and has served on the Boards of several technology companies.

Peg is a Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Smith College.

Chief Financial Officer, Susan Schieman Susan Schieman
Ms. Schieman, CPA, has over 20 years of public accounting and business consulting experience including 10 years with Deloitte and Touche and 5 years as an owner of a CPA firm. She has worked with clients from numerous industries including technology, finance and manufacturing, ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to start up businesses.

Ms Schieman received her BS in Accounting from Bowling Green State and her MBA, concentrating on Management Information Systems, with honors from Xavier University.

Investment Committee
The Investment Committee assists in the investment decision making and valuation process.

Edwin A. Goodman
Edwin A. Goodman Mr. Goodman, is founder and managing partner of Milestone Ventures, having previously served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Hambro America Private Equity from 1985 to 1999 and was previously with Patricof & Co. Ventures.

Mr. Goodman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale College and an M.S. degree from Columbia Graduate School of Business.

John C. McIlwraith
John McIlwraith Mr. McIlwraith is a manager of Blue Chip, which has $450 million under management. Prior to joining Blue Chip in 1997, he served as Senior Vice President of Quantum Health Resources and previously was a partner with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, where he represented venture capital funds.

Mr. McIlwraith received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College and a Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University, where he was a member of the Law Review.
