Fund Isabella Investment Criteria
 

Goal. Isabella invests in companies where the combination of management and Isabella’s experience, linkage, and capital has the potential to maximize the company’s growth.

Management. Investments are made in companies whose CEO has a successful track record and is capable of building a strong team.

Targeted Industries. Isabella seeks technology enabled, market driven companies. Prime industries include:

- information technology
- health care
- retail/consumer products
- communications

Company Size. Isabella supports young companies with $500,000 or more in annualized revenues.

Stage of Development. Isabella invests $250,000 to $1 million per company, often in more than one round. Most of our investments are made in early stage or expansion companies.

Structure of Investments. Isabella’s investments are structured to achieve a high rate of return within three to five years through initial public offering, strategic merger, or recapitalization.

Form of Investment. Isabella makes equity or equity-linked investments, typically in the form of convertible preferred stock. Depending on the company’s needs, the investment may include a mezzanine or bridge loan component with equity enhancements.
